Manage AI learning tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, AI Tutors, LMS).
Implement AI-powered assessments and personalized learning.
Monitor AI chatbot performance and student interactions.
Coordinate with the technical team for platform improvements.
Student Management
Oversee student onboarding and orientation.
Track student progress, attendance, and engagement.
Resolve academic and technical queries.
Improve student satisfaction and retention.
Faculty Coordination
Schedule faculty sessions and classes.
Monitor teaching quality and performance.
Conduct faculty training on AI tools and digital teaching methods.
Operations Management
Ensure smooth daily operations of the coaching platform.
Manage class schedules and resource allocation.
Coordinate with Academic, IT, Marketing, and Support teams.
Performance & Analytics
Monitor enrollment, attendance, course completion, and student performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyze learning data to improve outcomes.
Marketing & Growth Support
Coordinate webinars, workshops, and demo classes.
Support content creation for promotions.
Gather student feedback and testimonials.
Quality Assurance
Maintain course quality and platform standards.
Ensure timely updates of study materials and assessments.
Monitor compliance with academic policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
