Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support:
+ Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Communication:
+ Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Director, team members, and external stakeholders.
+ Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Project Management:
+ Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects and events.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Travel Planning:
+ Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
+ Manage travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Data Management:
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
+ Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
* Team Collaboration:
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
+ Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* Experience: 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior-level executive.
* Skills:
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Experience with calendar management tools (Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Certifications: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Secretary (CES) certification a plus.
