The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of software development principles, and the ability to build scalable, user-friendly applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Build clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Integrate REST APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in software development. Strong experience with Flutter and Dart. Good understanding of state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.). Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON. Knowledge of Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics. Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems. Understanding of software architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture. Knowledge of Android and iOS deployment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
